I have a friend lookin at a new quad....his two options are the king quad or the brute force 750......im not familiar with these two and never owned either...i do know the brute has some good power and more of a sporty feel   but this guy is goin from a racing quad to one of  these.....and he is now going to be riding in some tough terrain...with no brand bias which one willbe good and dependable?

I'm not sure about the brute force, but I've had my King for a couple of months now and am thrilled. I ride some pretty tough desert terrain here in southern Nevada and have put about 250 miles on her so far. I could not have asked for a better ride for the price.

Take Care

Keith :aniwh:

my brother in law has a new brute force 650 and he likes it alot even thought He has already had to have the belt replaced to from a rough hill climb...  The 750 is suppose to be mack daddy of kawasaki. But I have read alot of good things about the King Quad and it is said to be the top of the line 2nd to  the Outlander 800.... It doesnt cost quite as much as the outlander but it is the next best thing..

The Brute 750 is more powerfull but thats it. The belt drive is not supposed to be very good. And handling is also not the best.  I'd say go with the KQ. It does everything good. At the most it could use better tires. But most stock tires are not very good.

I am with Putt Putt, hands down the KQ 700 over the BF 750, UNLESS he wants the shear power of the BF 750 which is much more than the KQ. As far as handling, reliability, comfort, and overall feel the KQ is much better than the BF 750.

I might be a little biased but I would (and I did) choose the King over the BF750.

I like EFI on my quads so it is a deciding factor for me if it comes down to having it or not.:aniwh:

The BF has more power but to me the King has a sportier feel to it.

Then again if you want EFI, Mo' Power, and a very sporty feel get the Outlander 800!:wh:

I chose the King Quad over the 750 Brute.1 of the main reaons was a buddy that works at a Kawi dealer told me that the Brutes seem to need a lot more service.I have only got about 70 miles on my KQ but I've rode it hard. With only 6 months on warranty I want any quirks ironed out before I have to start footing the bill. That's my 2 cents. It just comes down to personal preference.

The Brutes also seem to lack low-end power in deep mud. They look like they're more for speed.:)

Haveing ridden my buddys King, I would have to say thats the one I would go with of the two, especially if hes comeing from a sport quad. The KQseems to me to be pretty light weight and nimble for a utlity anddoes not lack in power. :2cent:

I watched ATV Television tonight while I was eating supper and they tested the KQ. They gave it a good review, a lot of bang for the buck.

Not only was the buck gone, but after we moved in together she talked me into selling the 20 acres I had just South of Minong. I doubt I'll ever be able to buy something like that again.:pod:
