I would go through Speedwerx. No dealings with the UPS bogus agent fees to cross the border and no credit card company fees to convert your currency from USD to Canadian.

Just noticed you are in Mexico. Not sure what applies there but I can tell you that from Canada to the USA, I got hosed for quite a bit in those nusance fees.
