This is why the american legal system is f***ed. This should not be allowed to happen. There is nothing defective about the rhino. People opt not to have doors put on. And they get hurt. Nothing failed on the unit causing injuries. And head injuries? Wear a helmet much?

I hope this doesnt go through. And IMO there are no victims here. If you roll your machine you were opertating it outside of its design, or did something stupid.

I remember the hot coffee suit. I mean come on. I grab a cut of coffee, and I cant tell its hot from the cup. And if it wasnt hot, that person would be back at the counter demanding a new cup. Its sad, people will do almost anything to get some cash.
