My son sank his 98 Grizz in a swamp, flooding it. We are in the process of cleaning his clutch ( it was full of mud ). After pulling it apart we found his roller weights had flat spots from not rolling but sliding so we ordered new ones. My question is how much of this grizzly grease do you put inside the clutch. I know to much will cause problems but how much is to little? Sure could use some help.

I have installed a Moose clutch kit in an 06 660 grizzly for a brother inlaw .I ordered the kit for oversized tires, they are 26" Mud Lites. The top end disappeared drastically & the bottom is not what it should be.I think I may have to change the weights for stock tires. Can anyone help??

dunno anything about moose kits, but my dalton kit(oversize tires) ran great with 26 bearclaws, but they're a bit heavier i guess. Return it and get a dalton?

I would bet the Moose kit is either EPI or Dalton. You need to find out before ordering another or you could end up with the same thing you have

I know Moose bearings are made my Team Industries, I would have to bet there Clutch kits are too. I think they call for either a tea spoon or table spoon of grease in each roller track. Check out Grizzhopper.com, should give some answers.
