Ive seen a few of these. This is a joke. The american legal system is f****d imo. There is no way you should be able to sue. If you roll your ATV/UTV/SxS, you were not opertating it within its design perameters. And it should be your own fault. If you read the manual, you are not to side hill it very much (forget, but its something rediculas). If you crank the wheel at high speed, IMO thats your fault.

I hope this never goes through.

I agree about the whole lawsuit thing being B.S. however some of my friends have gotten some free half doors from Yamaha as a result so at least there is some good coming from this.
