I saw the videos today and holy crap they made us out to be the worst bunch of people on the planet! And shame on the MN DNR for feeding the media with all of this and taking them out to areas to set up cameras. SHAME ON THESE ATV RIDERS THAT DO THIS STUFF TO THE WATER HOLES, PONDS, RIVERS. When you see people that are doing this stuff stop and kick their a$$ and straighten them out. they WILL for sure make it very hard to get any access to any areas. What I don't get is the DNR saying that just by driving around a puddle on the state trails so you avoid getting wet you are breaking the law and they called it "braiding"? I think. The CO guys are always too strict about the littlest things but do NOT confiscate an ATV for violating a wetland but rather give a warning and maybe a ticket.
