Easy to install except that you have to remove the front and rear bumpers to get them under the top mounting holes.  They fit perfectly and look good.  I thought they might be thin rubber strips but they are actually very thick, ribbed, and very grippy.  If you guys are using soft bags on your Can-am's or strap stuff to your racks then this would probably be a good $7 upgrade.  The rear ones are useless if you have the trunk like me but I installed them anyway since they come in the kit.
