SOMETIMES WHEN I CRANK MY 08 800XT IT TURNS OVER MANY TIMES BEFORE CRANKING. IM POSITIVE MY POWER COMMANDER IS PROGRAMMED CORRECTLY AND IT HAS FRESH PLUGS AND GAS IN IT. IT ALSO HAS AS A BRAND NEW K&N AIR FILTER. I WOULD MUCH APPRECIATE ANY SUGGESTIONS
AND THE FUEL PUMP IS ENGAGING WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED ON BC I CAN HEAR IT.

Can you hear you fuel pump engage? Should be fairly noticable. Also check your key. If it is bent at all you will have issues because it might be just making contact. Try the wiggle technic when it won't start easy and if it starts then you need a new key.

Fuses/relays. You can swap your computer relay with your acceseries relay and try your winch. they are in the fuse box at the front. also check the three fuses at the back. they are capped with a rubber boot, easy to get at.
