I got my Gade on the dyno (Dynojet 168R) last friday, and here are the results: My Setup: 2007 Renegade 800 LTE Duals with 11 Supertrapp Discs each and XRsOnly Endcaps PowerCommander IIIUSB K&N-Filter with Prefilter EHS Airbox Lid Dyno-Wheels (weight 31 lbs each - so comparable to aftermarket 12" wheels with stock tires) As I got it dynoed in the Netherlands, Speed is in Kilometers per hour (km/h) and Torque is in Newtonmeters (NM)... Results: (Rear wheels) With Zero Map: 52.77 HP / 52.07 NM (should be 38.40 lb ft if I'm right) With PC mapped: 54.93 HP / 54.58 NM (40.26 lb ft...) Charts: (Click to enlarge) Blue Charts: Running the PowerCommander with Zero Map Red Charts: PowerCommander mapped to a 13.2 AFR using Dynojets TuningLink Software (seperate map for each cylinder) Lower Charts: AFRs... (RH-Scale) HP: ![]() Torque: ![]() If you're interested in getting the maps, just PM me... Just some words on my buddys Renegade which was dynoed the same day on the same dyno. Setup same as mine, except that he runs a HMF Penland SlipOn and the run was done with lighter Dyno-Wheels (26 lbs each). He got two maps, one for use with QuietCore and one without. The surprising result - although both are mapped to 13.2 AFR - It produces more peak RW-HP with the QC installed (54.7) than without QC (54.4) - So it seems that the 800 needs some backpressure... I don't know how much the difference in wheel weight affected RW-HP, but I think if they would have done my run with the 6 lbs (each) lighter wheels, I should've get some higher numbers... Oki doki, that should be all - Puh...it's (as usual) not that easy for us Germans to write such "essays" in english... No OSO, but my buddy did it before building the maps (it's much easier to just remove and mount the SlipOn than the whole system - and time is money on the dyno...). He had something around 46 HP with stock exhaust (and the light dyno wheels).
