Hi Folks, Im Going to do an oil change on my ATV's

Bombi 400 Max

A/C 650 v2

I was planning to just get some Synthetic 10W30

any reason i should be considering something else?  i ride them summer and winter in Central Ontario....manual show 10/30 is ok...

thoughts ?

I use a 0w40 for the winter. I happen to like the Amsoil products, but there are a number of good engine oils on the market.

For the gearbox, do yourself a favour and try the Amsoil Universal Synthetic Marine Gear Lube. It really improves the shifting on the Bombi's. It can also handle up to 10% water contamination without affecting the performance of the oil.

I think my old mans Polaris dealer told him to stop using 0w30 or 0w40, not sure why or even if this would make a difference in a different make...I use Quaker State 5W30 synthetic myself:2cent:
