I would have to say good luck ! I've had 2 different Brute 750's, each with a WARN 2500# in it, with very little extra room around it. This may vary though, depnding on which brand winch bracket you purchase, I'm not sure (?). I know the WARN winch bracket I purchased was very different from an aftermarket bracket I had previously purchased for my '05. If he's creative, he just might be able to make it work. Best of luck !

There's probably a better way to straighten / lengthen your frame. Seems like extreme overkill to me, unless he got it for free or some other "deal". But where there's a will, there's a way.

I also think it is overkill. He does not have the winch yet and must buy it. I think the 3.0 is adequate and should fit easily.
