How can we get more?  The HL site sucks.  Any site that dictates what companies you can and can't talk about is Crap.

I have been trying to help build up the polaris section, but its tough, its Can-am dominated site. I really like and ride both brands.

No offense to Can Am. Great Rig. I really thought that was the way to go but my mind has changed. I think Popo is the way for me. I am hearing they are having to figure out how to put 27's on the 09 XP without rubbing. Even with a 3" Lift. Forward A Arms seem to be necessary which means less turning ratio. That is not cool. (Per an owner on PRC). He put 27" Bighorns on it and he can not turn much because of the strong rub into the floor board. Not rubbing the fender.

Just trying to stir it up a little and get a few responses. It would be nice to expand the forum a little bit in this direction. Maybe now that Polaris makes a machine that is more competetive with the Can-Am we can recruit some of the new machine owners over this way. Just a thought.....GOTT  :2cent:

We are both currently running 08-800's one(his) Mossy Oak the other (hers)Nuclear Sunset (Orange L.E.)

If I can get my negotiating skills in order I plan to pickup the new 850 XP power steering in Mossy Oak around the 1st of the year.

Just curious. Who will you be negotiating with? The dealer or the person that rides the Nuclear Sunset 800? I know what my answer would be.......GOTT   :)

I will be negotiating with my dealer (Jim's in Holdingford) to replace my Mossy Oak 800 with the power steering 850xp in Mossy Oak as well. My girlfriend would like to trade hers for the new L.E. but she can't afford it. I do wish the new browning L. E. would come with the front bumper and PIAA lights like the nuclear sunset one.

The bumper and PIAA lights are going to be must have items for mine. Most likely I will want that front Lock N' Ride front storage box that the LE is showing. There is a rear bumper and rear lock and ride box I plan on adding as well.

The exhaust looks like it might be more tricky than I originally thought it would be. I am thinking maybe that, I can modd the OEM pipe by cutting off the little stubs and making the openings larger and have a muffler shop cut down a couple chrome tips and weld them to the stock pipe. That with any luck will look sharp and add a little more sound.

I would agree with the color exception except for the old 2005 era Brute Force in winter camo, if they would make that on a Polaris I would wait and campout just to get one.
